So i have been dying to make these bagels from
Vegan Brunch, my new favorite cook book . I saw a picture of them on someones blog and they looked soooo good, so today I gave them a whirl. They were really easy to make, usually I stay away from dough because i get frustrated and our kitchen is small with no counter space so I let my hubby deal with dough. But this was easy.

They aren't exactly what i wanted, they still taste really good i just wanted them to be a little bigger, fluffier and more of a brownish outside. So ill keep experimenting maybe a different yeast and do a better job shaping them.
