Finally Seitan! Soo good :)
This is about the fourth seitan recipe i have made and... the best. The texture and consistency is awesome, and it tastes sooo good. I cant wait to use it in a meal. I found the recipe on a vegan riot. It was way simpler than all the others i have tried. I'm thinking about switching up the seasonings and broth next time for a different flavor and see what happens.

BaGeLs
So i have been dying to make these bagels from Vegan Brunch, my new favorite cook book . I saw a picture of them on someones blog and they looked soooo good, so today I gave them a whirl. They were really easy to make, usually I stay away from dough because i get frustrated and our kitchen is small with no counter space so I let my hubby deal with dough. But this was easy.
They aren't exactly what i wanted, they still taste really good i just wanted them to be a little bigger, fluffier and more of a brownish outside. So ill keep experimenting maybe a different yeast and do a better job shaping them.
Shaping and making the holes
And they're done..

My First Post! Tempeh Wingz !!
I just recently started experimenting with tempeh and realized its delicious any way its made. We made these over the weekend (twice lol my hubby loves them) perfect for Sunday football ! Yes the plate is a mess they were being consumed as I took the picture. I'm sure we will be making these quite often, now I'm in search of making a ranch dip/dressing for them.
I found this recipe while reading the many VeganMoFo blogs and different websites that i end up stumbling upon. This recipe is from Don't Eat Off The Side Walk! . They are pretty easy to make, the coating and dipping process is a little messy but worth it! We like them spicy but you can choose to use whatever hot sauce you like best.
